The transport of your parcel

Parcel are generally sent in 2 in 10 days after reception of your payment for products in stock or according to deadlines of manufacturing of products to préorder. The standard method of dispatch is Colissimo recommended,  against signature.

The shipment charges include the packaging, the handling and the mail expenses. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or to the weight of your order. We recommend you to group your purchases in a unique order. We cannot group two different orders and you will have to settle postal charges for each of them.

Parcel are oversized and protected.

 

Complaints, Returns

For any complaint, the buyer is invited to contact the seller as soon as possible.
Any request of refund for object broken in the transport, not corresponding, or further to the right to withdraw will be made only on return of the product in 10 days after reception of the dismissal. The refund will be made on all of the sums paid according to the current law.
The expenses of dismissal stay chargeable to the customer.

* Particular case *
In case of return of purchases further to an incomplete or erroneous address supplied by the buyer, if the latter refuses the invoicing of the dismissal of these purchases, the order will be cancelled and the refund made on the amount of its order excluding shipping charges.
