This preorder will be set up if a minimum of 10 orders is obtained.

For this, a reservation period is set up to ensure this minimum. No deposit is required during this period.

Persons wishing to place an order must send an email from the Contact section of the site specifying their interest.

If during this period, the 10 reservations are obtained, the pre-sale opening will take place from February 10th to March 9th. People who have booked a doll will then be able to order it under the usual conditions.

Cyanée is a doll 14,5 cms high. She will be delivered complete, sanded and assembled, without make-up and option parts

The sale include :
• A doll Cyanée completes , assembled, without make-up and option parts
• glass eyes of 12 mm ( random color).
• A certificate of authenticity.
• A box with pillows of protection

Payment by installments (Layaway):
You have the possibility of settling your order in 2,3 or 4  steps: see the conditions

If you wish to pay for your order in installments, select the option from the menu. The option is not managed automatically by the shop, so it is treated manually.

For a payment by paypal, select the check option, indicate by message that you wish to pay by this means as well as the email address to be used for sending the invoice. A delay of 24h/72h maximum is necessary to process your request.

Pour un payment by bank transfer, an email will be sent on the date following the first payment. If the first payment was made on October 21, a message will be sent on November 21 for the second, December 21 for the third.

Right of withdrawal :
The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders concerning the manufacture of a product at the customer's request. You will not be able to modify or cancel your order after receipt of your payment. Any payment made will not be refunded, thank you for your understanding.
